How Much To Feed Six Month Old Dragon?

Hello!

I just have a quick question. I have a male bearded dragon and he just turned so months old. He's roughly 15-16 inches long. He has always been a big eater. He can eat forty medium-large crickets a day and he wouldn't say no to more.

I'm worried that he may be eating too much. I want him to have enough food to get big and healthy but not so much that he's dangerously overweight.

Ideally, how much should a six month old dragon eat?

Hi. He's a big boy . He should be fed 2x to 3x a day for 10mins. Beardies don't over eat and will stop when they have had their fill.

I feed mine roaches and he had maybe 8-10 a day plus veg and the occasional mealworm is this enough?

Holy cow 16 inches at 6 months. He's like Godzilla. Harley is 1.2 years old and only 17 inches. But like others have said, feed them as much as they want to eat in 10 mins 3 times a day. When they get full, they will usually just lick the food or eyeball it and run away. :lol: At least that's what Harley does.

Haha, oh my gosh, I'll be spending twenty dollars a week on crickets.
