How much to feed my beardie?

Hey, I was wondering how much i should my every bearded dragon every day. The pet store told us 10-16 crickets once a day. So we feed her 14 Crickets once a day and we give her Lettuce apples and pellets everyday. She is 8 months old and 15 inches long. So my question is How many crickets should i feed your aday. They are Medium sized crickets.

My Calypso is between 7-8 months. I feed her 2x a day as many as she will eat. Depending on the size of the bug, is how much she will eat. She was eating 100 phoenix worms a day, and wanted more. I was lucky that she also likes to eat her salad now. Try feeding 2x a day, 50-100 crickets divided between the two meals. Feed some healthy dark leafy greens daily. (turnip greens, collard greens, mustard greens)

I would say as much as your beardie will eat 2 to 3 times a day live feeders dusting one feeding per day 5 days per week with calcium and 2 days a week one feeding per day with multivitamins. And a nice fresh salad everyday with a good variety of veggies.

I noticed you mentioned you were feeding lettuce not iceberg right?
Iceberg is questionalble and can give your beardie diarrea.
Romaine is okay but doesn't have any food value. Your beardie should get 2 to 3 types of green leafy veggies each day you can see what greens to give and not to give on the chart in the link below.
Fruits should only be given occassionally due to the high natural sugar content.
