How much to feed Adult ?? Please

Hello Everyone,Need to know how much a Adult needs to eat daily ? I feed Lola My Rescue 2 large Dubias and 4 Giant supers and about 10 crickets in the morning.Lunch is various salad .Then dinner every other day is crickets.But he always seems soooo hungry and eats Her salad real well . Any suggestions appreciated as always :mrgreen: Thank You

how old is Lola? adults should be fed 80% greens and 20% protein when full grown. so it depends on where in the growth stage your bd is

Don't really know how old She is ,She is a rescue.The Guy I got Her from says He had Her for around 10 mths and that He believes She was 3 yrs old ? So Not sure because the guy was so full of it !!
