How much to feed? (6 month beardie)

I've been giving my ~6 month beardie crickets and superworms in the morning, with veggies available all day, which I gather is what a lot of people do, but I was wondering how many crickets/worms is appropriate for a good "breakfast" meal. Thanks!

About 10 too 20 crickets should be fine as for the worms, maby 2 XD you can use them as treats, they arnt nessisary.
