How much should I be feeding?

Recently lost my job so my income is more tight. I’m trying to make up a budget and figure out how much a week/month I need to be speanding on my bearded dragon. He’s roughly around 9 and a half months. He’s eating salad daily and his live food is large Reptiworms. How many worms should be be getting a day?

At about that age my gang were on TWO live insect meals per day .
About 20 medium size (2/3 size) crickets per day + greens EACH.
12 medium crickets weigh 3g.

If you weigh maybe a bunch (maybe 6) of these reptiworms in one go and let us know I can maybe work out the equivalent daily ration from that.
