How much food?

Hello everyone,

So I have a 6 month old beardie named Sosuke and I was wondering how much food to give her. I have just been giving her around 50-70 crickets once a day and like 20 mealworms/waxworms for snacks. I don't know if this this the correct amount. Also, when I can't get to the pet store to buy crickets and I have worms of some type how many worms should I give her then and vice versa.

Also, the lady at the petstore said I should not feed Sosuke superworms because the will eat her from the inside. Is this true?

Hi. She needs to be fed 2x a day for 10 mins. I'd nix the mealworms as those are hard for beardies to digest. Wax worms are like candy bars to beardies. Superworms will not eat through your beardie, but should only be fed to beardies 16 inches or bigger. Good feeders are Phoenix worms, silk worms, butter worms and dubia roaches. Don't forget to dust with calcium 5x a week and 2x a week with vitamins.
