How Much Food For 3 month beardie

So my recently acquired beardie is some where around 3-4 months old he is about 12 inches and is not very fat his arms and legs are chubby. my only concern is whether iam feeding enough, i currently feed him 10-15 crickets a day dusted with nutrobal.
but iam 14yrs old and cannot be spending too much but i might start buying bulk bags.
iam also interested in calci worms and whether when i feed i should also feed crickets and calci worms so he has more food and calcium.
i put salad in every day and he nibbles.
Any Suggestions as to how many i should feed a day as a guideline.

At that age he should be getting as many bugs as he will eat in 10 to 15 minutes 3 times a day.
1 feed a day dusted with calcium.
As you're at school maybe leave some calci worms in a dish for the second feed.
Buying in bulk is probably the most cost affective way of buying your crickets.
