How much do I feed my Beardie?!?!

Hey, guys I need to know how much to feed my bearded each day and what kind of supplements I need to put the food and how often to put it on the food. I know adults need 80% Veggies and 20% Insects. I have some crickets that are 3/4 Inches and the area between my bearded two eyes is 1 inch+ so how many crickets should I feed her a day?

My bearde is 3 and she is a female. I heard that Adults only get fed once every other day like 5 1' roaches and then there fresh veggies each day.

Crickets a few times a week, dusted. As much as she will eat in a 10-15 minute period. Should be eating lots of greens everyday! I fill up their feeding bowls , somedays they eat all of it, most days there is always some left. I'd rather have enough in there then not enough.

Alright, I'm going to only feed her 10 crickets a day and lots of veggies tell I stock up on Crickets.
