How much do I feed a 3 month old?

Just curious as to how much my beardie Louie Stubbs should be eating?
I feed him crickets, phoenix worms, salad (right now swiss chard, squash, apples, brussel sprout, broccoli all diced)....he eats the swiss chard the most. He does eat crickets and the worms....He hates the freeze dried omnivore mix. I put as much food in the tank as he'll eat, and disgaurd the rest that has been there for a bit......he seems to eat better in the morning (breakfast champ).....but the amount is making me wonder if he should eat more. It's available, he doesn't eat it. Maybe he doesn't feel hungry? Am I doing the right thing?

Hey! Your baby should have greens available all day (check out this site for some better choices: http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutritionframeset.html) then should be fed as many crickets as he'll eat in 10-15 minutes, 3 times a day, with 1 of those feeding being dusted with calcium/multivitamins. Take out any crickets he doesn't eat. Hope that helps

Thanks....I'll use kale instead....some leeks, grapes....i like that list.

collard greens would be even better(Go for the veggies that are labelled green), but a mixture of greens would be best For example, lately I've been doing dandelion greens and collard greens, then before that they had kale and watercress. Variety is always best!

And I'm sure they are just like raising kids, when they are hungry, they'll eat. He does eat, and I understand variety....should I be concerned about quantity at all...?
