How much calcium do I sprinkle

I have a 2 month old beardie and I was wondering how much of the calcium I should be sprinkling onto the food? Also does she need it sprinkled on every time we feed her or is just once a day good? I had read somewhere that too much calcium with d3 could be toxic so I would like to know what the correct amount is. Thanks in advance!

Dust the crickets with a pinch. It should be enough to cover them and do it once a day as a baby and 2-3 times a week as an adult.

Dust either the feeder insects, or the salad.

A pinch on the salad is fine.

Dust the insects until they are evenly coated.

Although, if your dragon isn't eating much salad, it's probably best to be dusting the insects.

An easier way to do it is with a ziplock bag--just put some calcium in the bag, throw some crickets in, shake and voila! Evenly coated crickets for your beardie! I usually save the Baggie for next time, as there's usually a little left over.
