How much and how often to feed?

I'm reading some of the other posts on feeding and I'm a little confused with how much to feed. When we bought our dragon from Petsmart they told us to feed her 1 cricket a day. I knew that wasn't enough right away and was giving her about 6 crickets and I alternate with some mealworms and lettuce. Now I have the safe list of lettuce from this site but i'm still not sure how much to feed. We are guessing now that she is about 6 or 7 months old. Not too sure. We are also guessing shes a female. I give her a small salad and about 6 to 10 crickets once a day dusted with calcium. Is that enough? She seems to be growing very fast.

Mine are also 7 months old and i give them at least 15-20 medium crickets and they seem to be always be hungry, and also carrots you need to feed them at least 10 crickets in my opinion, good luck

The best thing to do is offer her crickets at least twice a day and let her eat as much as she can in ten minutes or so

As far as I know you shouldn't feed them lettuce... I wouldn't. Rather follow this guide on the link below for healthy and safe salads:

I am following the list of safe salads now. I didn't know this before and the dragon had bad diarrhea. I'm really thinking it was from the romaine I was giving her. The poops are better since I stopped.

My beardies eat at least well now at least 20 large crickets and they are very active
