I use this bearded dragon kit and for some reason it doesn't specify the wattage of the basking bulb. Does anyone know the wattage of the basking bulb and if it's enough for my beardie? And yes I know the sand can cause impaction so I don't use it.

The kit is junk.
It's 36"Lx18"Wx18"H , 40 gallon , so OK for a hatchling and maybe OK for a beardie under 12 months old, BUT will be too small for your beardie when it's becoming an adult, you'll need to replace with a 4ftL x 2ftW tank.
If you have supplied sand as the substrate, ditch the sand, it's a hygene problem (will be impossible to clean properly and will harbor bacteria, viruses, and fungi and moisture (will raise the tank humidity) , and it's a impaction risk. Replace the sand with loose laid tiles and a couple of layers of kitchen grade paper towelling .
If you take the basking globe out (let it cool down first !!!) you should see the wattage printed on the glass or back end of it.
It may be the right wattage for your tank , but more likely it's not. IF the basking temperature is about 100F (40degC) the globe is about the right wattage.
Dual temperature/humidity gauge keeps heat consistent = bet it's a round analog dial , they are worthless and very inaccurate and a waste of money. You need to replace it with a digital one which has it's probe on the end of long cable.
Free Natural Bearded Dragon Food == pellets ? not suitable for use as staple food for a bearded dragon
Tropical Fruit Mix-In Food == pellets ? worthless, better off preparing the greens and salad fresh Can O' Worms == worthless as a food source for a beardie (usually these are mealworms in the can and they are not suitable (even when live) to use as a beardie's staple.
Includes Repti Calcium, Reptivite,=== OK
Reptisafe Water Conditioner == if the tap water is OK for human consumption it's OK for a beardie to drink, however most beardies will not drink from a pool of standing water so most keepers / breeders do not supply their beardies with a water dish. Essentially if the beardie is eating plenty of live bugs and fresh greens and veg , he'll get nearly all
hydration it requires and will need to drink very rarely.
I see no mention of a hide , your beardie will need a hide (often the top of the hide doubles very nicely as a good spot to bask).
