no night light at all. IF, and I stress IF, you need additional heat at night get a ceramic heating element bulb(CHE) You shouldn't need that though unless your nighttime temps drop below 65.

Daytime lighting just depends. With the 75w what are your temps and how far from the basking spot is the bulb?

the 75 watt is only getting to 93 degrees. the distance between the light and the top of her basking spot is 8 inches away.

Agreed. Red light bulbs can disturb your beardies sleep patterns...I use a CHE because Vin's viv is in the basement where the night time temps drop to about 57* on a cold night and hover at about 60* on a warm night.

OK good distance.

What I would do, is go get a 50watt par 30/20 FLOOD light. It will use less energy/power and provide more heat.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
