How many superworms should I feed ?

i started feeding my beardies supers as it seems as tho they have lost interest in crickets. they are 17 inches plus. i started slow and it's been a week now .. they seem to be doing fine with them and they gobble them up.they are between 5 and 6 months old . how many supers should I allow them to eat ? would it be the cricket rule of thumb ? however many they can eat in a 10 - 15 minutes period ?

i would think so. what i did when i was feeding super worms is put the worms in a custard dish. u dont want to over feed with super worms to much because the are really fatning
