It is pretty much up to you. I have heard it go either way. On here I have read that you shouldn't feed more then 5-6 a day as they have a hard shell. However, talking to other breeders I have heard that they alternate these in for a day of feeding. One day crickets, one day supers, one day dubia, and so on. So with that in mind the breeder I was talking to said that it depended on the dragon as to how much he fed. Some would take up to 20 a feeding some would only take 12. Just remember the 5 minute rule and you should be fine. Also if this is the first time you are feeding the supers you might want to give a few the first time and see how your dragon does with them just to make sure you have no impaction problems.
