How many roaches do you feed?

Okay, so i've just started my discoid colony *I live in florida* and I'm going to wait a few months for my colony to become better established before I start feeding off of it. What i'm wondering however is how many roaches do bearded dragon's eat per feeding?

All depends on the age of your dragon.. babies/Juvies can eat up to 50 a day.. Adults maybe 60 a week.. And all depends on your dragon too. I have one that eats like a pig, and one that eats maybe every 3rd day. They are older, so they don't eat feeders as much as babies do.

Is it necessary to limit amount of roaches for the younger beardies? Because I have been, but I'd love to stop, since they're absolutely a favorite around here!

I've been limiting the number I'll let Wave have at a time, since they seem so "crunchy" and fat (in comparison to the worms she eats - about as wide as they are long, when they're small enough for her), that I worry she'll have problems digesting them. I usually make her stop at 10-12, then let her have some reptiworms if she's still hungry - is that unnecessary?

At three months Wave can have as many roaches as she wants. Every dragon I've had digests roaches just fine and I've always fed until they want to stop eating.
As for the adult dragons, I usually fed 5 adult dubia a day. Since the OP has discoids, they probably won't want to ever feed the adult roaches. Discoid adults are pretty dang big with a thicker shell.
