How many Reptiworms a day?

I adopted Rocky about a month or so ago from the pet store and they were not told how old he is but he is definitely a baby. A few months old at about 6 maybe 7 inches from snout to end of tail. He is doing well.

I was feeding him crickets for the first 2 or so weeks but they are such a pain! I have read a lot of other people's posts and I am glad I am not the only one who hates them! I never experienced the smell that some people talk about, but they just die all of the time and are super annoying. I am going to buy them maybe once a week just about 10 at a time just for some variety.

So anyway, I ordered my first order of Reptiworms (which did NOT come until over a week after I ordered them and they guarantee 2-3 day delivery, so Rocky and I were not happy about that. But after emailing with their terrible customer service people who did not even apologize, I received the worms and he absolutely loves them.)

But my question is, how many should he be eating a day? Is it the same amount as crickets?
I usually give him about 20 a day but I am not sure if that is enough.

Suggestions? Thanks!!

As a rule for any feeder, you should feed as much as they will eat in 10-15 mins.

I lost count of how many i feed my girl. shes about your guys age and we just started feeding them to her friday...i ordered 300 and i had to order more already..thats with giving crickets as well. if i only gave her 20 a day she would be a very angry beardie. I fill her bowl and what she eats she eats...and its usually a lot. her poor little beardie belly looks like its gonna pop!!!

Okay wow so I should probably be giving him more, haha. Do you have any easy way of removing them and putting them in the feeding bowl? I just use tweezers. Seems to take so long especially when giving so many at a time.

ALSO, the first batch I ordered were the extra small which are definitely fine. But I'm thinking of maybe doing just the small size. They seem like they would be fine. Some crickets are bigger than the extra small worms and he would eat them all of the time.

Which size do you feed your girl?

I just ordered 300 reptiworms after boots plowed through the 150 phoenix worms. I have been feeding him phoenix as his first meal of the day and then micro super worms for the next two meals. He seems to enjoy both.
