How many pheonix worms?

I just ordered some worms for our lil guy( I got medium cuz Iread they are so small and have a less cause of impaction). Im curious, how many do I feed him? Or do I feed as many as he wants in 10-15min like crickets? I am gonna put them in his salad and see what he does, Im just dont want to over feed him or under feed even. Any advice is appreciated.

Ive always just left some on a bowl, they cant climb out. Ive also nvr heard of a baby beardie over eating. So I wouldnt worry if your is still young. If you have an adult then def monitor the intake. But u said you ordered mediums so Im guessing you have a baby or juvie. If you dont want to leave them in there, then I would guess the 10-15 min rule still applies.

Thanks for the input! Yea mine is still very small, just now 6" maybe 10g, so he needs some fattening up,lol. Ill feed him however much he wants to eat right now. Maybe he will like the worms better than crickets, who knows. :study:

My two girls seem to like them. But I have a shallow bowl that I put them in, the sides are smooth so they cant climb out.
