How long do beardies live?

I know the usual saying about is '10-15', but I'm used to animals that live a long time, a lot longer than 15 years! And I know I would absolutely distressed if my future baby died at (5,8 SHORT.)
With the best of care, how long could I expect?

Beardies live between 10-15 like you said even with proper care. Some live to be up to 20 years old. Its just like dogs. Some die at age 10 some die at 14. You never know.

Our beardie we got as an adult. we're unsure of the age. We adopted him from a pet store. More like rescued. We wanted to give an adult a home since everyone seems to want babies but we saw kaisei and immediately fell in love with him. The point is, because we don't know his age we aren't sure how long we will have kaisei with us. The same is true for our uromastyx which we also rescued from a lady on craigslist. We love them both despite how short of time we may or may not have with them.

I hope to adopt a 6yo dragon who is not terribly well cared for, and it's so nice to know that they can have a long while to enjoy their life left.
