I know how it's brumation "season" and just wanted to know how and if your beardies are doing in their brumation. My beardie Zeus had been as.eep for a month and he wakes up for his bath every week. He usually stays awake for the next day, which today he did after I gave him a bath earlier. He got some play time in when he ran around on by bed. Now he's just basking. He ate two dubia earlier too. But for his first brumation, so far he's been doing good. :D :D

Smaug went into his cave in the middle of December and hasnt come out yet. He's usually out like a light but sometimes you can hear him digging himself into a more comfy spot! I dropped a couple horn worms by the entrance to make sure he was doing ok and his little tonge came out and grabbed them, then back to sleep he went. I dont want to disturb him but if he gets up ill give him a bath and a little food and see what he does.

I don't know where you guys are from, but we have had some strange weather here in southern Ontario, Canada. Wednesday it was +12 and yesterday went to -5 and we had a snow storm.

The weather has been like this with a couple really warm days then bad snow on and off for the past couple weeks, and my beardie is up and down like the weather. On the warm days he comes out and basks, and on the cold one he sleeps. I've been offering food, and he's eating when he's awake.
He seems ok with it.

Buddy took an early brumation this year I think. She went down after laying her eggs, probably September. She was off and on for the most of it but really down for November/December. Now she's awake!!

It's great to have her back, even though by the time I get home from work she destroys her tank and wants out horribly. I hope it's not baby season already for her. She just woke up and it's only now February!!

Zeus went into brumation late December, and stays in his box all day sleeping.

Isis went down the week of Thanksgiving (much to the horror of my boyfriend, who was watching her for me) but she's awake now. :blob5: Still waiting for that first poo. I was super excited that she ate some green food; its been over 3 moths since she last did that! I've decided that first year brumations are quite disconcerting.

Both my berdies are still up and active, but they have definitley slowed down as they mostley just hang out in the basking spot and sleep all day and then go to there sleeping spot at night, they are doing great though and are eating great but have slowed down a little bit :D

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
