how heathly are these herbs

Hi! my mom has a garden and she grows a lot of herbs and such. i was wondering how heathly these are for my dragon and if he can eat them and how often he can. she doesn’t use chemical fertilizers or sprays it’s all natural
mint, oregeno, basil,carrot tops,parsley,cilantro and she’s growing kale soon!
