how do you guys feed crickets?

How do you feed cricekets in the enclosure? I dont wan to pick them out every night and was just wondering if anyone had a easyer way besides feeding them in a seperate enclosure.......maybe putting a clear glass baking pan (the ones that are like 2" high x 8" long) then dumping the crickets in there???? I have a firecross enclosre and they climb and hide everywhere.......

i have a 12" plastic planter dish i keep in there, i found at walmart for 93 cents. its deep enough where crickets have a hard time getting out, but the dragon can get out, just be sure there is a rock or branch next to it so he can jump out unto. and one trick i learned is i put the crickets in a disposible plastic cup (i reuse them though) and i sprinkle the calcium on them in there and shake it around a bit to dust them, then in one quick motion turn it upside down and let it set in the dish for like 10 seconds so the cricket walk away from underneathe it, this way they are much less likely to jump rather then tipping the cup sideways which allows a few to jump out too far, heres a video i made of my bearded dragon useing it

i tryed this lastnight, using the same thing you did (the planter drainer thing) and it workerd awsome!!! thanks soo much for the idea makes laife a bit easyer. Haha is was too funny though he seen them from his basking rock and jumped down and was tring to get them though the side from the outside, he just couldent quite get at fisrt that he had to actully get in the bowl to get them he couldnt just snatch them though the clear palstic haha it was cute tho but he cought on and he ate like 8 CRICKETS...yippy...little brat hasent been eating anything latly :roll: ......Thanks again......

im so glad it helped! mine did that at first he tried running into it because it was clear, but now the bowl is right next to his bask rock, so he just jumps right down into it, but if it becomes an issue with yours you can just paint the outside a color so he cant see in, and he will figure out he needs to get down into it
