how do I stop brumation?

My beardie is about 10 months old (16.5") and she started trying to bruimate about a month ago. She was nice sized and had a nice fat store on her tail base. She was waking about every fourth day to have a small snack and look at me funny then back to bed. I put a box in her tank and she has not came out in about 10 days. I hear her scratching around every night but that is it. Is there any way to wake her? Should I try? I am starting to worry about her loosing to much weight and I have way to many bugs in my house!

You cant stop brumation at all when a dragon goes to sleep they go to sleep. I would though give your beardie a bath if they have eatten anything because you dont want to have food rot in the tummy, warm bath let them poop and put back in their cave.

Make sure the lights are out and let your beardie be after that. Mine have been sleeping for 8+ weeks (Male) and female for 3+ weeks.

I do check on them everyday just to make sure they are okay but I dont turn the lights on.

When they are ready to get up they will thats what yours will do as well.

My 7month old is in semi she wont eat I do syringe food to her and she likes to sleep get up run around she goes to sleep alot earlier then normal.

Beardies will loose a couple grams when they sleep but not to many, yes they also will be hungry when they completely finish brumation. You will be able to tell if they are finished or not.
