How common is Dwarfism in Bearded Dragons?

I would like to add a bearded dragon which exhibits dwarfism to my collection. He obviously wouldn't be used for breeding but am wondering how common are they? Are there any health issues one should be concerned with other than the normal beardie ones? Anyone know of a place I can get my hands on one?

I am unsure how common dwarfism is in beardies, but it we do see cases here from time to time.
