Hours of light vs dark for a baby?

Could someone please refresh my memory as to how many hours the lights should be on for a baby?

I can't remember how I did it with my other 2 beardies years ago.

It seems that I remember it being 14 hours on, 10 hours off...

Stanley seems to start to crash out after 12 hrs tho, so I'm wondering if maybe I have it wrong.

some people do 12 and 12 some people do 14 and 10. its not a big deal as long as they have 8-10 hours of UVB a day.
