I get a lot of conflicting info on these two feeders. Some say that supers are a good staple and others say they should be a treat. And I have heard hornworms are a better staple then supers but then some people say that they should only be a treat. Ahhhh what to do?

I personally feel that supers should be given sparingly because of their hard bodies. My guy gets easily constipated by them. I have also heard that hornworms have more nutritional value. Any thoughts?

I'd use both of them as a treat in part of a varied diet. The supers are usually well liked but are a bit fatty and not good in large quantities. The hornworms are fairly nutritious and very hydrating but are big and filling. I prefer using silk worms and black soldier fly larvae as main feeder worms along with dubia roaches as a staple bug. I offer supers and hornworms occasionally as a treat.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
