Hornworms and possible bacteria?

I wasn't sure which forum to ask this question so if this is incorrect I apologize in advance. We recently introduced hornworms into Laz's diet. A couple days later, and this has now happened twice, there have been undigested Phoenix worms in her poop. My question is what bacterias can they (hornworms) produce? Ex. Crickets can give pinworms. We don't feed Crickets ever. We primarily give dubias and Phoenix worms

A lot of dragons poop out whole Phoenix worms....it's so common that it's listed under the FAQ's on the original Phoenix worms website.
