High Humidity in tank.

Hi everyone my name is Jesus and lately I have noitce that the tank were I keep spike and roxy my two beardies the humidity level is very high. How do I lower the humidity in the tank? My other question is that I bought a Exoterra Solar Glo 160W not to long ago and I would like to know should I keep it knowing that acording to what I read in another discussion this bulb is not so good for beardies.

Are you keeping a water dish/water source in their tank? Do you mist in their tank at all? What is the overall humidity of the air outside of the tank? Right now my region is undergoing the summer humidity spike, and our humidity levels are somewhere between 40 on good days and 90 percent on the bad days.

Yes I do keep a water dish in the tank, but it's far from the light. The humidity level in the tank goes from 69% to about 80%.
