Hiding

Rex has usually basked on his log under his heat lamp after eating. This morning he has taken to the shade under a rock in his enclosure. Should I be looking for anything abnormal? He pooped before he ate this morning and then polished off 9 reptiworms and 6 small crix. Thanks in advance.

I should mention that this will only be the 2nd week we've had Rex. He's a Petco baby and has been doing well otherwise. Everything else looks normal. Thanks all!

My little guy, 2 weeks old as well, has begun hiding in his new leaf cascade ever since I bought it the other day. He still eats his normal amount of crickets (2 in a sitting). Did you ever resolve your hiding question?
