hiding all day?

so my beardie is about 9 months old. the first 6-8 months she was pretty good, and active. but this last month or two she has just been hiding so much. she only comes out of her hide MAYBE once a day, if that. we've tried giving her more water and that seems to help a little, but she will only drink water if its dripping off our fingers and its very time consuming. im just worried about her. im wondering if theres anything else we could do to help her? if anyone knows why she might be hiding so much i would love the input. additionally if anyone knows of some easier ways to get her to drink water i would love that. we tried puting some fruit juice in her water but she didnt really take to that. she doesnt seem to like fruit.

does she have any heat in her tank. any UVB?
if you do have heat what is the temp?
do you take her out to play and run around, she maybe bored and want to get out

yeah we have a reptisun T5 HO uvb, and the temp is around 95. i think it may be that she wants out more. we have her out at the moment and she seems excited and is running around having fun. she doesnt get out of her tank as much recently, weve been busy as of late so that might be it. i think we will definantly try to take her out more

my little guy sits in the corner when he wants to get out.they remind me of puppies, they sit there and wait to get out i hope it makes more happy
