Hideaways

Hello! I got my baby beardie out so he could get used to me and so we could bond. After a while he crawled underneath my pillow and fell asleep. I was wondering if you have any recommendations on what sort of hideaway would give him the same effect. The pillow is putting a little weight on him and that has been the fastest he has fallen asleep ever sense I got him 2 months ago. Any ideas?

I personally wouldn't recommend a soft bed for a dragon hatchling (though I know quite a few here provide soft beds for their dragons).

I started off my dragons as hatchlings with this kind of hide : this is the exact hides I used : https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/GLG-119-Resin-Hide-Log-29cm-Cichlid-Fish-Reptile-Lizard-Snake-Spider-Hatchling/171235048534?hash=item27de677c56:g I simply placed the hide on a few layers of absorbant paper towels (so kinda soft for them to sleep on and Toothless loved making a nest in his hide by shredding the paper sheets with his claws and could be counted on to be found curled up under / in amongst his nest most nights.


Which was fine until they outgrew it and started having trouble curling up or turning around when under their little caves , at which point I upsized them to jumbo Hubbahuts.
