Heyyy, I figured I'd sign up and post a little bit perhaps xD but yeah, hiii c: I've had this bearded dragon since October 3 now, and it was supposedly around 1.5 months old when I got it so I guess it's around almost 4 months old now xD hope yall like the pictures, I think it's a girl, not 100% sure, her name is Charizard Cx and charizard is my awesome dragon <3

Lol her adventures are very cute and funny Cx she is a hungry little cutie that eats loads of warms..... worms I mean, yeah, she eats a whole lot of worms... she has ben coughing a few times the past couple days I wasn't sure why, I noticed she only made this weird noise that I think was cougnhig in the daytime.... I think it migh've been the light that got her makinga weird noise? you know? I was worried I was thinking she might got a respiratory infection and I don't want my little charizard sick.... I lolve her so much she's to cute to be sick... I she's not coughing anymore when I changed her afternoon bulb though, I mean not coughing but sneezing, it's like she made this weird sneeze wih the last bulb.... can the bulbs make them sick? because for some reason it only made that noise with one afternoon bulb on, and now that I changed it she's ok and I'm guessing she's not sick but she showed sick symptoms.. her heat is perfect (80-95 degrees) and her humidity is poerfect (25-45% humidity) so idk why she would be sick.. it had to be that bulb... can someone help tell me if that's really a thing to be concerned of? idk... help me... i'm sory im like this btw, I got kinda stoned at a friends house XD

but yeah she's so adorable and cute... awwwww she's rising her hand all cute, BTW do bearded dragons like music? I see them bop their head to some music on videos on youtube and it was so funny XD was wondering if it was her dominate instincts or just grooving to music owo

Lighting and heat has a very big impact on their health. It's possible that incorrect lighting is causing a problem. I suggest replacing the red and blue lights you have if you're still using them. You'll want to use a bright white light to provide heat for the basking area. The ZooMed Repti Basking spot light is a good option. You'll want the basking area to be between 100-110 with the cool side of the tank being about 75-80 or so. You'll want to read the temperatures using an IR temp gun or a digital thermometer with a probe. It's important to have accurate temperature readings across the tank so you can adjust the lights accordingly. For UVB in a tank that size, I suggest using a T5 UVB tube. These are very good options:

These can be mounted over the basking area on the warm side of the tank. The basking areas should be about 12'' below the light for best results.
