don't feed him/her meal worms thier shells are hard for them to digest, try small to med superworms (squash their heads before feeding) plus you need calci powder with d3, 3 or 4 people including me have said not to use sand, paper towel or tile much better

For an adult beardie do u have to squash thier head cuz mine eatss em all the time without thier heads squashed

i do because i've heard (maybe urban legend) that the bigger ones can eat their way out, so i figure better safe than sorry

this is a myth. there is no way for a worm to eat its way out of a bearded dragon's belly. if the dragon's teeth don't chomp it up enough, the stomach acid will kill it pretty much instantly.

i figured as much ,but like i said better safe than sorry (plus two breeders i know suggested it)
