hey moderators...forum PM question

This is mainly a question for the moderators: when sending PMs, my messages will wait for hours and sometimes even the next day before they are sent, why does it take so long for PMs to be send? And to make it more confusing, I seem to get a reply from the person quickly after my message clears the Outbox, so it would seem they don't have a long wait in the Outbox like me.

I'm not a moderator, but I can answer this question.

If your message is in the outbox, it just means it hasn't been read yet. As soon as it is read, it goes to sent items.

Ah cheers for the reply, i was thinking it was like email where outbox is "yet to be sent" and sent items had been sent, with no way to tell when they were read.

I had the same assumption as you! I kept thinking there was a problem with my outbox...! ^^^ Chief'sDaddy is my husband, so of course, he had to tell me what the deal was...
