Herb Salad (pre-packaged)

I went shopping for my breadie greens and I noticed a pre-package salad named Herb Salad from Fresh and Easy. So I decided to pick it up and get some feedback on it.

I've looked at http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.com/Nutrition.html but not all the stuff was on the list and I'm not getting any results in my searches.

In the package it has - lollo bionda, spinach, arugula, red romaine lettuce, cilantro, chives, tango, escarole, romaine lettuce, green oak leaf, red oak leaf, lollo rosso, parsley

I know spinach, red romaine and romaine lettuce, parsley, chives are feed rarely or questionable items but I'm curious as to the rest of the stuff in it it.

Lollo bionda, green oak leaf, red oak leaf and lollo rosso...

Any ideas?

Though I did pick up fresh collard greens and cilantro. My other greens are getting old.

How do I tell if they are good or bad for breadies? I don't want to feed him anything bad by being ignorant of what might happen to my dragon.

I need to fatten him up a bit, vet noticed he has some lose skin and I want to provide a variety of greens for healthy part of that process. I feed mealies every few days and will get some supers soon.

Saxon's an adult and 17" long so not worried about getting wrong feeders for the little guy.
