Her fingernail fell off!!!

Her fingernail has been looking funny for a little while and i was going to take her to the vet tomorrow but i just looked went to look at it and it's gone!! It was kinda buggin her before, she wouldn't let me touch it really, but now i can grab it and everything like nothings wrong. I just wanted to know if this was normal, is it going to grow back? Thanks.

Malibu lost one hanging from the slider sceen last summer....it never grew back.I would keep an eye on the toe or finger.Look for bleeding swelling or signs of infection...other wise i think it will be fine,i hear some grow back some do not.
