So my 6 year old brother was playing with my beardie today & I left the room trusting he would mess with her crazy or whatever from what I had seen right.. I come back 15 minutes later to him throwing my beardie from our bed to the floor& I can hear her squeal but her mouth wasn’t even open & he was laughing thinking it was okay & he told me he did it like 5 times and the beardie seemed fine & now I’m all freaked out my beardie doesn’t seem like she’s injured but can she get injured inside from falling like that

Hello,

OH MY, so you are saying your little brother threw your beardie 5 times? How old & how big
is your dragon?
First things first. Please do not allow your brother anywhere near your dragon. Your dragon
is going to be lucky if he/she makes it. Throwing a dragon can seriously injure or even kill
him. He should not be allowed to be anywhere near your dragon again because that is just
cruel.
Can you get him to a vet as soon as possible? There may be internal injuries that you are
not seeing. For now, try not to handle her more than necessary & keep her comfortable over
night until you can get her to a vet.
Is she showing any signs of pain or distress, like a black beard, etc or can she move at all? Are
there any obvious bones that are broken?
Are your parents aware of the incident?
Please let us know how she is doing.

She’s a year old , and she is moving , I can’t afford a vet rn so I don’t think I will be doing that soon & im a wife & don’t live with my parents ?? literally just right now she herself hopped off our sofa like 3 times and she seemed fine , yes she has a black beard rn but that’s because of my dog getting too close to her & bugging her.

Hello,

If you are unable to take her to the vet, I would not let her jump off of things right now in
the case she may have some injuries. They are very good at hiding injuries & illnesses.
You don't see any evidence of any type of injury?
Please handle her with care in case she is bruised or sore from being thrown like that.
Has she eaten anything since the incidents?
Let us know how she is doing.

She literally jumps on her own now ... like she jumped off my bed & sofa already like 3 times and they’re not like big heights but still she scares me because she does it out of no where & well her black beard hasn’t gone down today at all .. yes she had been eating & she’s very active

Hello,

If her beard is black, then she is not feeling well & could be in pain. I really encourage you to
get her to a vet, as she is probably injured, internally. If her beard is black all day, including
overnight, she is in distress.
Try to keep her from jumping or doing any extra climbing so she doesn't hurt herself further.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
