Help!

So my beardy hasnt been super active lately and she has been really off schedule with eating. I havent been too worried but she pooped today and I could see bits of crickets and stuff in it so I was wondering if something could be wrong with her digestion or something? Is there anything I can give her to help that or could she be impacted? Thanks!

she is about 15 inches from nose to end of her tail
she eats mostly crickets and veggies but i have started feeding her superworms recently
the cool side of the tank is at about 80-84 degrees and the hot side is about 95 degrees right now because i got a cooler light for her for summer

Can I ask what UVB bulb your using?
You say hot side is 95 is that the basking temp or the ambient temp of the basking end?
Did this behavior start after you changed bulbs?
Or after you started feeding supers?

i use a 125 watt solar glo exo terra bulb. i was using a regular dome fixture before but it kept getting too hot and making the light bulb explode so they switched me to a cage looking fixture. i would say that her behavior started changing after i started using superworms

I also use the Exo-terra Solar Glo.
How many supers do you feed your beardie in a day?
Sometimes I find that supers are best introduced slowly just a few a day until the beardie gets use to the new feeder. Then slowly bring the amount up.

i started off withg just a few but i have been having a really really hard time keeping my crickets alive lately so i was feeding her more because if i didnt have time to go buy more crickets, they have been dying within one day and i have no idea why. what kind of fixture do you have for the bulb? because mine is in this cage fixture and i am almost wondering if it is releasing too much heat and she is cold.

Mine are in the porcelin Zoo-med dome with the ceramic fixture. I don't use the deep dome just the regular. I've never had any problems with it though. Was the hood fixture you were using a porcelin dome with a ceramic fixture or was it one of the aluminum domes?
Maybe I should ask what type of enclosure you have? Condo with sliding doors on front or an open top?

Pumpkin or baby-food applesauce can assist with enticing a poop. :wink: If you think she is in need to do so and hasn't and baths aren't working. Just a thought. :wink:

Have you had a fecal test done for her?

no ive never done any tests on her before. she usually poops but it was just that last one had alot of cricket parts still in it and it just made me think she wasnt digesting properly
