Help! YF Voriconazole dosage

Hi!
I'm from venezuela, I rescued a bearded dragon about 3 months ago, with al the clinical signs of YF disease, it was never diagnosed because here we don't have specialized vets that have treated this disease. but I'm sure he had it, as fingers were falling off, had shedding retention, ulcers and yellow skin in the belly.

Well, now my 2 bearded dragons showed less apetite and begin to appear yellow skin patches on the belly and between the legs, I'm sure its a fungus infection and probably the guy that I rescued infected them somehow.

I found voriconazole which I heard is the best antifungal for them, the thing is that I only found 200mg tablets, and for each beardie I have to give 4mg only a day, how can I achive that? Can I dilute the tablet in water and give as a suspension? Please help me as I'm not sure how to transform that 200mg to be able to give them 4mg daily.

The treatment that I'm going to give them is:
- baths with povidine or iodine solution diluted in water
- clotrimazole cream or lamisil on the yellow patches
- voriconazole 10mg/kg once q day for 2 months

I'm not sure how to convert from tablet to suspension form. The kind I've used was made specially by a compounding pharmacy in Arizona. It's a 20MG/ML suspension and I offered .2ML daily for a dragon who was about 450g.

If that doesn't help, try to get some F10SC. I've read some experimental reports from Australia showing that spraying F10SC in a concentration of 8ml/L directly onto the affected skin 5-15 times per day has shown positive results. Since this is a very small sample and relatively untested, I would consider it a last resort. Especially since proper dosages of Voriconazole have proven to be quite effective in may cases.

I can definitely help with compounding & mixing. If you would like to PM me, I will help out for you.
I am good at mixing, dosing & compounding, but I am not a vet but am able to help.
The dose of 10mg/kg is good & you have tablets that are 200mg each?
In your PM please include each dragon's weight for me also. Do you happen to have any light Karo/corn syrup too for making a suspension? If not, try to get some so the medication will hold in a suspension better.
