Help with thermastat ????

Ok now I thought if the dragon has just uv light it can hurt there eyes now my thermastat gets the cage to the right temps and turns the bulb off and then when it's cooler it turns it back on again
will my sandy be on with the light going on and off and with out the light for a wile. If you understand what I'm ob about

My temps are spot on and I think the thermastat is ok. My temps are warm side 92.7 basking 104.4 cool side 82.8 yay at last all is fine now I need to save up for a new UVB light and all done yay
