HELP WITH RANKINS DRAGONS!!!

Hi, I have recently adopted 2 female Rankins Dragons who are sisters and are approximately 6 months old and are both being housed in the same 10 gal tank. I'm currently feeding mealworms (they will not eat crickets) and very soon I will try to switch them to a more nutritious staple like dubias or Phoenix worms. I was wondering for anyone that knows rankinsdragons well, will they eat feeder insects just until they are full or could they over eat? I'm asking this because it would be ideal to just have them share a dish of feeders throughout the day but if this would be bad for them then I would certainly hand feed them.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
