Help with Minwax polycrylic

I'm planning to build an enclosure and i need to get my facts straight before starting.
Can waterbased polycrylic -minwax be used for sealing inside enclosure (melamine), Fake rocks, and Slate tiles? It would be nice if it can be used for all that. That would save me a bunch instead of buying different sealers for different projects. Thanks appreciate it.

Yes the miniwax works. It's what I used.

anyone know of a good all rounder to be found in the UK? I haven't seen minwax here (although I havent looked hard). I was told pva but I have had mixed results with that and I only use it for fake rocks. Thanks.x
