Help with Freinds beardie?

Well, my friend has a beardie thats about 8 inches from his nose to the tip of his tail. Make mind, he dose have a clipped tail, she got him like that. Anyways, somethings wrong.....he had a bunch of sand like, bunched up his but.....we dont know whats wrong...she is getting some reptile carpet to get rid of the sand, and she cant take him to a vet right now.....what do you think we should do?

Was it wet sand clumped to the outside of his vent area, or did it come out of him?

clumped to the outside....partly inside.....it wont come off, it did not come inside him....

First get rid of the sand and put him on papertowels! Next try bathing him in a warm bath for 20 minutes and gently rub it away! If it does not come off try a baby tooth brush and gently brush his vent! The rest should come with the next poop! Good luck...
