Help with eye problem!!!

Hi! I just noticed before that my Beardie couldn't shut his right eye properly. It looks like he has a bit of skin that has shed or something caught right in there and when he tries to shut his eye it is keeping it open it a bit! I feel really bad for him because it looks painful and annoying but the eye is such a sensitive place and he is still so small that I'm too scared to try do anything in case I make it worse. Any ideas! I'll try get photos soon if that helps.

A photo would really help. If you've got a steady hand and tweezers, I would say go ahead and remove it before it causes a bigger problem.

False alarm guys. It did look bad at the start but he has basically worked it out himself and now it's almost gone. Thanks though!
