Help with cage plans?

Okay, well I've posted before about Rambo's new home that was in the works in my imagination...
well I rescued another little one today so plans change...(don't worry, I'm not housing them together)

My original plan had a screened top so I didn't have to acctually build the lighting in. Now I'm going to have one cage on top of the other so thats not really an option. (like a double decker cage...) I need some help figureing things out.

I know this is extremely vauge, but right now I just need some guidence. I have no idea what exactly I'm doing anymore... :help:
