help with basking light !! asap please !

so i have 2 set ups side by side, and for some reason both basking bulbs went out this morning. 2 different timers. so i need to buy basking bulbs TONIGHT !! what should i buy !? both tanks are 40g breeders so you know the dimensions already. was using zoomed 100w repute basking spot lamp. I've gone threw 3-4 in the past year so i hate this brand.

Sometimes those bulbs have issues unfortunately. I suggest using a PAR38 halogen flood light. The wattage you need depends on the height and size of the tank so play around with some different ones until you get correct temps. I use a GE 90W and it's good in a taller setup. You may want a lower wattage if your tank is smaller.
