I do have rep cal phosphorous free Calcium with Vit D and Herptivite mulitivitamins Both pet stores that i went to this was the only one i found that had the 10.0 is the one I got not as good. I did ask for the reptisun 10.0 but and Inoticed on the box the 10.0 and they didn't have any others so I took it will it hurt him? The petco person tried to tell me I didn't need a UVB light that a regular fish one is okay. I knew he was wrong on that. If i order one on line this weekend will that be okay until then? Or should I remove it?

i did check his temp to make sure he was worm anough and he temps last night were 72.4

so far he has not pooped yet either. How often do they do it.

Okay he did it again. Im really worried. All togeather this morning he throw up really close to 20 old meal worms. Im going to call the person that I got him from.

since the breeder had Deja on sand when I picked him up If the meal worms had some sand on them when he ate them could that be the reason he is spitting up his old food. Wouldn't the meal worms be digested by now?

I'm sorry your little man keeps throwing up. I guess what is good about that is if he is slightly impacted the worms will not make it worse, and they are out of his system. He can't have THAT many more in there. I would keep bathing him in warm water, and gently massaging his abdomen, 1-2x a day, until he poops.

Now you said he didn't have any bumps on or anything that physcailly FELT like an impaction so I would look at it as good news. Maybe he just can not digest mealworms hence throwing them up. Or if he is impacted its probably not too bad..

In the case that he could be impacted you could give him a little bit of non-sweetened applesauce or a lil bit of vegetable oil. Those have both been known to help pass an impaction.

My kids poop atleast once a day (5 & 8 month old) and when Turbo was younger up to about 3 months old, he would go twice a day. But he had a huge appetite as well.

Thats great news and yes its normal. The white part is his urate and that is good because it means he is ok in the hydration department. It may be a good idea though for the next day or so to put him on a babyfood diet instead of crix just to make sure whatever was blocking him is completely out. What I would like you to do is to get some chicken babyfood,a veggie babyfood like squash and mixt the two thin it out with a little water and add a pinch of calcium.I want tuou to feed this to him 3xper day like you would his feeders and lets see if he can handle this first,ok?You can continue offering him his veggie also.

He is not intrested in his veggies right now. I put fresh ones in and he didn't touch them yet. I will pick up baby food though. He has been moving around a lot so that is nice to see.

Totally normal for him to be ignoring the veggies babies tend to do this but offer them daily anyway and eventually over time he will eat them.Glad to hear he is moving around that is good.I forgot to mention as for feeding the babyfood first try to get him to lick it off a plastic spoon if that doesnt work you can use a plastic needless syringe.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
