HELP URGENT!!

Okay so i am really very worried. Ive had my beardie for about 5 months he was a rescue and he is about 6 months old. I was gone yesterday and left him food to last until today. I was handleing him earlier and i noticed his back right bottom leg/foot area is swollen. Not extremely swollen but still swollen and when he walks etc he drags it. He hasnt been eating well these past few weeks either. I cant get him to eat any veggies only worms. He hadnt used the bathroom in about 2 weeks and i was trying to get him to go and finally when i gave him a warm soak he went and it was alot. I was relieved but that still doesnt answer whats wrong with his leg/foot. He doesnt show any sign of pain when i touch it. There isnt a reptile vet around where i live so i have no idea what to do. Could he have broke his leg/foot? He is in a 55 gallon tank with sand as substrate. Idk what to do. Please help asap. Thank you.

Hi. What kinds lights are you using? What are the temps and how do you take them? It sounds like he could be impacted. Remove the sand ASAP. That can definitely be the impaction problem. You can use newspaper, non adhesive shelife liner, paper towels. How big are the feeders?

Sorry your dragon's leg is swollen. Do you have any pictures you could post?
Could he have hurt himself on anything in his tank or fallen?
Please review your tank setup with us such as the UVB lighting (type & brand) along with supplementation frequency & temperatures.

I use a regular heat lamp and a reptisun long uvb light bulb on top of his cage. His basking side ranges from 95-105° and his cool side ranges from 85-95° i use calcium powder that i put on all his meals and i use a reptivite 2 times a week. I use the circular stick on thermometers to take the temp. His cage isnt dangerous but he likes to climb and jump off everything like his hammock. He just took a huge poo as well.

Thanks for answering. Those round guage ones are inaccurate. The best way to get the correct temps are a temp gun or digital with a wire probe.

You can get the digital thermometers that have the probe attached at most pet stores, they usually are around $5-9. They won't give you an instant reading like a temp gun would, but they are far more accurate than the dial gauges. You should leave the probe in the area you want to check the temperature for at least 20 minutes for an accurate reading.

My temp gun was around $15 at Lowes, if you want to try that. Slightly more expensive than the digital thermometers with probes but they provide instant readings which saves a lot of hassle.
