That's good, hopefully she'll lay her eggs soon then. I see her pics and although she's a wee bit slender in the tail is not at all underweight. If you see the " hip" bones beginning to show, then she needs to eat a bit more in between laying. A breding female that is getting thin should never be housed with the male. The male should go in to a different tank and the female should be allowed to eat twice a day and have calcium on every other meal. They usually don't eat in the days before laying but whenever mine take more than 3-4 days to dig and decide to lay I offer them something just in case they're hungry. Once in a while they will eat but usually not.

She did it! 14 healthy eggs have been recovered from her nest yesterday.

I've put the eggs into the incubator container and then put it under the heat lamps in their main enclosure and set the temperature to 28.

here are the photos of the setup. please let me know if I've done this right or not.

The eggs do look good. :) I've never seen them incubated like that, I think it risks them getting dehydrated if they're not partially buried in something. Where did you see that type of incubation ? Do you know the temp. they are at with that blazing light on them ? You're actually better off to have them too cool than too hot. They can survive + hatch at 75 degrees but will die at 95....but you want to shoot for 82-86. Here's how I do mine in a shoebox with 3" of damp vermiculite. Nearly 100% hatch rate over years of raising them.

I got it from the pet shop that I got my lizards from. you put water in the bottom then place it under the heat lamps. I hadn't seen them before either but apparently it works really well. I figured it would be easier to setup.
