Many months ago my bearded dragon was housed with what I thought was another female, but I found out the hard way that he was a boy. I got rid of him, gave him to a breeder, and that was several months ago. Just today, hours ago even, my dragon gave birth to a brood of eggs. They didn't look fully formed and some were caved in, so I assume that they were infertile.
Were they?? Can fertile eggs cave in and die in a matter of hours?? And most of all, I'm worried about her health. I hear that each time they give birth to fertile or infertile eggs it lowers their lifespan. Is that true?
